Cranberry Rice

A simple recipe

Cranberry is a superfood and I was wondering how to utilize and just made the most basic recipe we all know if we cook Indian 😉

Key Ingredients

Cranberry – 2 cups crushed

Basmati Cooked rice – 2 cups

Onions chopped -1

Green chillies according to your spice level

Salt, cilantro

In a pan add 2-3 tablespoon olive oil. Add mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal-1 tsp each, cut green chillies, onions and sauté, add crushed cranberry when onions are done, sauté for few more mins, salt and cilantro. Mix this gravy with cooked rice and serve!
